Complete new roof installations and full re-roofs across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire & Norfolk. Premium materials, expert workmanship and a fully guaranteed, watertight roof that protects your home for decades.
A full re-roof means stripping the old covering back to the rafters and rebuilding the roof properly, not laying new tiles over tired materials. Riverstone Roofing Ltd strips and removes the old tiles or slates, battens and underlay, inspects every rafter and wall plate for rot, then lays a modern breathable membrane, fixes graded pressure-treated battens to the correct gauge, and re-covers in your chosen tile or slate. Ridge and verge are fitted with mechanically fixed dry systems rather than mortar, so they cannot work loose in high wind. New lead is dressed by hand to chimneys, valleys and abutments, and eaves and ridge ventilation is fitted to meet current building regulations. A typical domestic re-roof takes three to five working days depending on size and access. Every roof is quoted free and in writing with a fixed price, and backed by a written guarantee.

Whether your existing roof is leaking, sagging, storm-damaged or simply past its best, a professionally installed new roof is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your home. At Riverstone Roofing we carry out complete new roof installations and full re-roofs — stripping back to the timbers, putting right anything underneath, and rebuilding your roof with premium materials and meticulous workmanship.
Every roof is installed to current standards with breathable membranes, correct ventilation and hand-dressed leadwork — then fully guaranteed for total peace of mind.
Comprehensive insurance and a workmanship guarantee on every new roof.
Quality tiles, slate, membranes and lead from trusted manufacturers.

We inspect your existing roof, take full measurements and provide a clear, fixed, no-obligation quote — no pressure, no surprises.
Safe scaffold access is erected and we protect your property, gardens, paths and driveway before any work begins.
We strip the old covering, then inspect the timbers, rafters and decking — replacing anything rotten or damaged.
A breathable underlay membrane and new treated timber battens are installed for ventilation and a watertight, secure base.
New tiles or slates are laid in precise rows, with hand-dressed lead flashings to every valley, junction and chimney.
Ridge, hip and verge finishing, a final quality inspection, then a full clean-up and removal of all waste.
We never cut corners on what goes into your roof. From the membrane and battens to the tiles and leadwork, every component is chosen for durability, performance and a flawless finish.
Hard-wearing interlocking and plain tiles in a wide range of profiles and colours to suit your home.
Timeless natural slate and fibre-cement alternatives for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Modern breathable underlay improves ventilation and keeps the roof structure dry and protected.
Graded, tanalised battens fixed to exact gauge for a secure, reliable base for every tile.
Hand-dressed lead flashings to chimneys, valleys and abutments for permanently watertight junctions.
Dry ridge, verge and vent systems that prevent condensation and need no maintenance.

Every full re-roof we quote covers these ten stages. If something is not on this list it is not in the price, and we will say so before we start rather than after.
